In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card . The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement, depending on individual’s bank process.
We accept return of item only if it is in an unopened, original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it, however in this case, please contact our Customer Service Team ((+971)-4-44 288 97).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The products displayed on Website carry limited warranty from brand, manufacturer or distributor for a limited period against manufacturing defects only.
The terms, conditions, duration of warranty, exclusions of warranty shall be as per warranty card attached with each product. Warranty commences from the date of the Invoice, unless specified otherwise.

In cases of Dead on Arrival (DOA) product / Out of the Box failure, the respective service centre / service provider will determine whether the product is DOA and would offer either a replacement or product repair.
